Here’s a quick announcement about a great new horror flick that we’ve been informed about called Little Reaper
It’s a quirky horror/comedy about the grim reaper’s difficult teenage daughter.
It stars Athena Baumeister and John Paul Ouvrier, with John Michael Herndon and Katharine Stapleton. I wrote, produced and directed it under the banner of my company Dream Seekers Productions. Danny Derakhshan is the Executive Producer. Melissa S. Cottingham, Shane Mehigan, Colin Mehigan and Justin Caustillo are the Associate Producers.
You may recall our feature on the horror werewolf movie called “The Beast” starring Bill Oberst Jr. Well Little Reaper is the next movie by the same guys at Dreamseekers Productions.
Based on his previous works, Peter Dukes is constantly going from strength to strength, and I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who eagerly anticipate the release of Little Reaper. As soon as it’s released we’ll post a review for you guys, but until then you’ll have to make do with these exciting stills.
Keep an eye out folks. Little Reaper is just around the corner!
Well guys it’s been tough getting ourselves back on track after the disastrous start to 2013. But the good news is we’re almost there!
Now it gives me great pleasure to introduce the latest member to join our team:
Dan is a musician specialising in the metal genre. Last year he released two EPs and two full length albums (links can be found below) His music contains horror themes, including tracks influenced by DOOM (The popular game franchise/ movie adaptation) sometimes adopting a creepy ambience (being described as an aural journey through a haunted house) and industrial thrash centred around a zombie apocalypse.
If you would like to read more about Dan and his band Throne of Anguish, you can check them out here
I’m sure you, like us, will welcome Dan with open arms and believe him to be a great asset to our ever-growing team of horror fanatics. The more people who make up Erebus Horror, the more indie horror support we can bring.
Keep a look out for posts by Dan in the near future

Here’s a quick feature on a great, up-and-coming horror writer named Kara Rochelle!
Here’s a bit about this dark lady, and her upcoming novel Wicked Grin, in her own words:
“I’m a 21-year-old college student in Southern Illinois, US, attending Shawnee Community College. I have a lifelong love of horror, whether it be books, movies, or music. Wicked Grin is my response to Twilight, sort of in revenge for how it “pussified” my favorite monster, the vampire. Besides that, the inspiration behind it is a combination of a book by Gregory Lamberson called Johnny Gruesome, the cult classic movie The Lost Boys, and the vampire-themed rock album Back In Blood by my favorite band The 69 Eyes. If I had to sum up Wicked Grin in a few words: Sex, blood, and rock n’ roll.”
Well for us she ticks all the right boxes for a great horror writer. I can also confirm that Wicked Grin looks awesome! I was fortunate enough to read the first half of the novel a while ago and to be honest I wish I didn’t. When I finished I NEEDED more. I had to know how it ended. I had to know the fates of the characters. I just needed MORE! And could I have it? No, because it hadn’t been written yet!
Take it from me readers – This is one of the best vampire novels I’ve read since I started working at Erebus Horror – Maybe even EVER! I don’t know yet. But what I do know is that when this book is published, I’m going to urge every single vampire-lover I know to go out and buy it. It will be the wisest investment you’ve made in a long time.
